AFTER SCHOOL MARTIAL ARTS PROGRAM

The After School Martial Arts program supplements many programs already offered at the school for children and adults.  Our staff members are professional, friendly, very caring and well trained in Martial Arts and dealing with children.

The children will check in, get dressed into a Tae Kwon Do uniform, eat a snack from home or buy one from us and play games designed to be fun but will also help in development of the children's coordination, focus and balance.

The next stage will be the Tae Kwon Do class. The Tae Kwon Do class will consist of physical fitness, self-defense and Korean Martial Art of Tae Kwon Do, known for fancy variety of kicks, punches and blocks. Tae Kwon Do also can be competitive and is an Olympic medal sport.

The last phase of the program will be a short classroom training. This part is where we will teach the children the life skills, Martial Arts philosophy (such as respect, discipline, courtesy, etc.) and children safety classes such as Bully Busting, Stranger Alert and Anti-Abduction Classes.

The choice will be obvious, very productive Martial Arts program versus daycare and baby-sisters. The cost will also be very attractive.
